are me and my boyfriend going our separate ways?

Me and my man have been together for 4 years.. I do love him and i know he loves me but for the past 3 weeks i have been feeling like he is getting tired of me.When he is mad at me he says that i control him with his money, and he wants to know why he needs to ask me if its okay to buy things.Keep in mind that i have my reasons because he has a past of hiding money. But when were getting along he tells me he is sorry and thank god he has me to help him manage his money.this is vary confusing..

Also i was recently diagnosed with Hypothyroid so i have been feeling emotionally numb on and off.(have not been put on meds yet) so i know i can be a bummer to be around sometimes. some days i don’t even want to talk to him. we live together so this is difficlut. what should i do??

teen with hypothyroidism and bad genetics, need advice?

i have bad genetics, i got my moms slow metabolism and hypothyroidism, my dads slow metabolism, asthma and addictive personality and im a teenager, we recently started eating much better, i still have a bit of a problem with my sweet tooth, i work out with a trainer at home and i go to a military school, our instructor gives me hell about my asthma and says there is no such thing as hypothyroid and i am just faking everything and im just lazy, i have gained a lot of muscle but cant shed the fat, i am on synthroid for my thyroid but like the men on my moms side of the family i can easily gain a lot of muscle but cant burn fat
any advice?
Im a teen and i have no money so dont try to advertise im not buying it
